The main aims of the Trust are:-
  • To act as an authentic, international body for the collection of Scottish historical relics, particularly those relating to Clan Leslie.
  • To collect, collate and record these items and be responsible for their housing and preservation.
  • To encourage study, interest and research into Scottish history, particularly that of the Leslie family.
  • To support other charities, museums and galleries in furtherance of these aims.
Welcome to ScotlandsPeople, one of the largest online sources of original genealogical information. If you are researching UK genealogy, your Scottish ancestry or building your Scottish family tree, we have almost 80 million records to look through. GENUKI provides a virtual reference library of genealogical information of particular relevance to the UK and Ireland. It is a non-commercial service, maintained by a charitable trust and a group of volunteers.
Based in Dundee, on the east coast of Scotland, Tay Valley Family History Society is the main centre for family history research in the Tay Valley area (the former counties of Angus, Fife, Kinross and Perthshire).
This site attempts to provide "Leslies" living in Australia & New Zealand with information on their history, with BD&M Records, Burial Records and Immigration Indexes and War records, photo albums and more, as well as contact links to other Leslie & Genealogy websites. The purpose of the Clan Leslie Society International is to foster and enhance fellowship among the Leslie family and Septs regardless of where they are in the world. To enhance and increase the learning of Leslie history and gather past and future information that we can pass on to our children to give them a sense of belonging to an ancient family.
